Dr Remus Ilies is a Professor of Management at The National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. Before moving to NUS in 2011, he was the Gary Valade Research Fellow and Professor of Management in the Eli Broad Graduate School of Management and an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Michigan State University.
