Mak Yuen Teen is Associate Professor of Accounting and former Vice Dean (Finance and Administration) at theNUSBusinessSchool, National University of Singapore. He is also the Co-Director of the Corporate Governance and Financial Reporting Centre at theNUSBusinessSchool, which he founded in January 2003.
